Return within 14 days: have you received your order but it is not suitable? No worries, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return to service-client@lapiraterieofficiel.com

1. PRINT AND COMPLETE
Make sure items are in their original condition and all tags are attached. otherwise, we will not be able to accept the returned merchandise or reimburse you.
2. POSTAGE
For an exchange: We cover the return costs for an EXCHANGE . Make sure items are in original condition and all tags are attached. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the returned merchandise.
Upon receipt, we will send you a credit note by email so that you can order your items again on our website.
For a refund: the return costs are your responsibility. Choose a shipping method with a tracking number and delivery against signature.
Reimbursement of return costs by Paypal: in the context of an order paid for with Paypal, you can be reimbursed for the return costs. Please consult the conditions on the Paypal site .

Delivery information
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours of your order (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).
An email will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. You will receive your order tracking number and will be able to find out about the delivery of your order.
