  1. CREATION OF A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

In this case, La Piracy sends an email to the Customer concerned at the address communicated by the latter when creating his customer account informing him of the deactivation of his username and password and the closing of his account. . A notice period of eight (8) calendar days is granted to the Customer so that he can submit his observations to La Piracy, without prejudice to the suspension of his Account during the notice period.

In general, the Customer is informed that his account may be closed following the Customer's first request sent by email to La Piraterie.

  1. ITEM FEATURES

The Items available for sale are those which appear on the Site. Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site. They are offered within the limits of availability displayed on the Site.

La Piraterie reserves the right to withdraw from sale, at any time, any Item present on the Site and/or to replace or modify any information associated with the Items appearing on this Site.

In the event of an unavailability of an Article, after placing his Order, the Customer is informed by email, his order then being automatically cancelled.

La Piracy undertakes to reimburse it as soon as possible and at the latest within 1 month following the cancellation of the order.

  1. PRICES OF ITEMS

  1. TERMS OF DELIVERY

If the package is damaged or if the Item does not correspond to the Customer's Order, the Customer must initiate the return procedure described in article 11 below within 30 calendar days after shipment.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN TERMS

11.1 Right of withdrawal

If the Customer uses this option, La Piraterie will immediately send him an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (for example, by email). After notifying La Piraterie of his withdrawal in accordance with these stipulations, the Customer must return the Item(s) concerned within a maximum period of 14 days from this notification. This deadline is deemed to be respected if the Customer returns the Item(s) concerned before the expiration of the 14-day period.

Any withdrawal beyond the 14 day period mentioned above cannot be accepted.

Only a new, unworn and unsoiled item will be refunded. The Item must be returned in its original packaging, or failing that, in packaging guaranteeing equivalent protection, accompanied by the clothing label. The return can be made either by post or in store in the manner provided below.

11.2 Return conditions
